Chris Lim
Project Director
Chris has over 20 years of quality experience through a variety of challenging roles in Operation Management, Project Management, Multi-disciplined Building Services Engineer, Head Contractor and M&E Sub-contracting capacities.
Chris possesses strong Project Management and Engineering Skills including the Evaluation and Assessment of various disciplines of the building process, Project Due-diligence / Feasibility Studies, Design Concept Development, and Compilation of Design Brief and RFPs.
Fion Eng
Project Director
Fion is the Contract Director at HB Consultancy Singapore. She responsible as the contracts, documentation, budget, costing and overall management for delivering a project from inception until completion, within time, budget and in good quality finishes.
With over 20 years of experience, Fion is especially experienced without design and cost managements to achieve client design and budget without compromising fit-out quality.
